CNC Turning

Our turning capabilities range from a diameter of 60 mm when using a bar feeder up to 340 mm. Our facility is equipped with advanced multi-axis processing centers that enable a wide array of turning processes, including milling and drilling, all on a single machine. This integration allows us to significantly reduce machine setup time, enabling us to offer competitive pricing for technologically advanced components.

CNC milling

Our 3- and 4-axis CNC milling centers can maintain precise tolerances of up to 0.005 mm across all materials. They are capable of using pallet loading systems or machine beds with work space of up to 1050 mm x 510 mm and are equipped with 30-tool carousels. These features enhance the versatility and complexity of our production processes, enabling us to reduce machining time and produce precise parts, whether for small batches or larger production volumes.

Assembly and testing

In addition to our contract machining services, we offer comprehensive mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, including boxing and labelling according to ours clients guidelines. Our services include full traceability and product testing, such as hydraulic and pneumatic pressure tests. We ensure timely delivery of sub-products to our customers’ facilities for further processing.
